Your app hands over a signed session, so the customer is verified without typing a code — and the AI can act on things a stranger could not ask for.
It answers the moment someone asks, shows an order as a card instead of a paragraph, and puts a person in the conversation when the customer wants one.
Chat is on every plan.
You are chatting with an AI assistant. Ask for a person at any time.
Hi — I can look up an order, start a return or book a call. What do you need?
Where is order A‑1042?
Text version, sent where cards cannot be drawn: Order A-1042, brass table lamp, out for delivery, arriving Thursday. Reply 1 to track it, 2 if something is wrong.

Every block the AI can send carries a written version. The widget draws the card; SMS and email get the sentence; a phone call hears it spoken.

Here it is — it is on its way.

The AI cannot send a block without its written version — a reply missing one is refused before it leaves. And either answer arrives as the same structured fact, so nothing is guessed back out of the words afterwards.
Every block in the catalogue, and what it is for.
Your team can send any of these by hand from the inbox too.
The widget is not one screen. It is the whole arc, and each part of it is built to be honest about what is happening.
The header and the first message both say it is an AI. Under them, a few starting prompts and a card for each recent conversation, so a customer carries on instead of starting again.
When an action needs the customer proved, the code boxes appear in the conversation with one line saying why — not a separate login screen.
A divider marks the moment: joined, and briefed by the AI. The person has a name and a role, and their replies never look like the AI’s.
It says when somebody will be back, holds the place in the queue, offers to carry on by email, and offers the AI now instead. The wait comes from the routing engine or it is not shown.
When a conversation is resolved, the rating block closes it — and a rating is only one of the ways a resolution can be confirmed.
The launcher can invite someone into a conversation. It is dismissible, it respects quiet hours and a frequency cap, and it will not ask the same person again and again.
You set the accent, the surfaces, the text and the lines, in a light and a dark variant. Aqvitus checks those colours against every text pairing before the theme can be saved: a combination that fails WCAG 2.2 AA is refused at configuration time rather than shipped to a customer who cannot read it.
Authorship is part of the theme, not a setting. The customer’s own messages carry your accent; the AI and your people stay on neutral surfaces, and a person always arrives with their name and their role. Nobody has to guess who they are talking to.
The “Powered by aqvitus” mark is on by default. Removing it is a commercial option.
Can I speak to somebody about this?

The mobile SDK is the same surface, native — and it knows who is already signed in.
Your app hands over a signed session, so the customer is verified without typing a code — and the AI can act on things a stranger could not ask for.
When a person answers hours later, a push notification brings the customer back to the same thread, not to a new one.
A message typed with no signal is queued and sent when the connection comes back. Nothing is lost between tunnels.
Keyboard and screen-reader operable. Reduced motion turns the pulse and the waveform off. System text follows the language the customer is writing in, which is the language the AI answers in. Four messages typed in a burst are answered once, after a six-second pause that resets while they are still typing.
Every channel runs the same AI, the same rules and the same history.
Put the AI in front of every conversation, and keep your team in charge of everything that matters.
