When Tidio is the better choice
If you are a small shop that wants chat on the site this afternoon for nothing, Tidio is hard to beat. Aqvitus has no free plan.
What each of us counts
The base price is only half the bill. The other half is the unit — and the two products below do not count the same thing.

Tidio counts a Lyro conversation as soon as the AI replies once, and counts human conversations and Flows visitors on separate meters beside it. Aqvitus counts one thing, and because it is counted once per conversation rather than per reply, a long back-and-forth costs the same as a short one.
No per-resolution fees. And our reports never count a customer going quiet as a success.
Where Aqvitus is different
One meter, not three
Tidio counts human conversations, Lyro conversations and Flows visitors separately. Aqvitus counts one thing: the AI conversation, once, however it ends.
The AI gets cheaper as you grow, not dearer
As listed, 1,000 Lyro conversations is $700 a month on top of the plan. On Aqvitus, Team is $249 with 1,500 AI conversations included and $0.25 for each one after.
